Once you submit with credit card you will be charged in full there are no refunds. You can only be credited for a future Expo or advertising on website. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no refunds only credit utilized for a future Expo or credit for website. Do you understand that you are agreeing to the expo during a pandemic and then you cannot hold the organizer is responsible for any sicknesses. Also organizers have the right to place your booth where they feel best. Is it all vendors must be approved you cannot allow any other vendors without the written permission from organizers to attend or share your booth. Each booth is for one company only or less specified. Yeah by checking the box you agree to all terms and conditions.

+Sponsorship Which includes: Banner ad on registration, Logo on bag (if submitted on time), Every blog announcing Expo will have logo, logo on flyer to be handed out at Expo, Plus whatever literature you would like to have in the bag that will be given out at the Expo, Power included, Included in all email blasts, plus more... Limited Sponsorship is available.
Must confirm three months prior.

  • Payment must be in full

  • Optional power charge of $55 first come first serve, A limited availability.

  • First come first serve basis

  • Spots may not be requested

  • Vendor spots may be in one of 2 locations of the venue

  • Every attempt will be made to prevent competing vendors from being side by side

  • Must arrive no later than 11am and no earlier than 9am, and must be ready at 11.30am


  • Booth includes a 6’ table 1 chairs and  linen included

  • Displays must look professional

  • Nothing shall be hung directly on venue walls

  • You must furnish your own displays and set-up materials

  • A table covering will be provided

  • Booth sizes are no greater than 6×6

  • No music is allowed 

  • All vendors must provide liability insurance certificate
