Once you submit with credit card you will be charged in full there are no refunds. You can only be credited for a future Expo or advertising on website. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no refunds only credit utilized for a future Expo or credit for website. Do you understand that you are agreeing to the expo during a pandemic and then you cannot hold the organizer is responsible for any sicknesses. Also organizers have the right to place your booth where they feel best. Is it all vendors must be approved you cannot allow any other vendors without the written permission from organizers to attend or share your booth.
