Spots may not be requested
Vendor spots may be in one of 2 locations of the venue
Every attempt will be made to prevent competing vendors from being side by side
Must arrive no later than 11am and no earlier than 9am, and must be ready at 11.30am
Booth includes a 6’ table 1 chairs and linen included
Displays must look professional
Nothing shall be hung directly on venue walls
You must furnish your own displays and set-up materials
A table covering will be provided
Booth sizes are no greater than 6×6
No music is allowed
All vendors must provide liability insurance certificate
